You will need a 4-hour parking pass which can be purchased at the parking kiosks or paid using PayByPhone app, which can be found at the following website: https://www.paybyphone.com/
Arrive 15 mins early. Please check-in your swimmer on the first day (Monday) at the entrance of the pool. We will mark their name as they arrive. After check-in, wait in the classroom area just inside the entrance gate until your swimmers have been instructed to enter the pool deck. After the first day, swimmers are directed to meet at the same location and with the same instructor they had previously. Parents/Guardians may spectate from the outside the gate or the catwalk above the pool.
Each Lesson is 30 minutes long in duration. Please pick up your swimmers right after their lesson.
You will register your swimmer based on the descriptions of the swim groups in the registration form. We will then determine on the first day of the session which level your swimmer should be in. If you have registered for multiple sessions throughout this summer, your child may progress to a higher level but most likely will remain in the same level throughout the summer. Progress takes time!
Please arrive in a swim suit, goggles, and towel. Swimming Caps are recommended for those with long hair. If your child requires an inhaler please make sure to have it with you. Apply Sunscreen at least 15 minutes prior to their lesson.
You are responsible to pick up your swimmer from the exit, directly after their swim lessons. We are not responsible for your swimmer after their lesson is over, please be on time for pick-up.
Parents/Guardians can watch swim lessons outside of the gate or from the catwalk above the pool. NO PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK.
We will provide a refund within 7 day’s notice of the start of each session minus the original transaction fee.
